Shipping & returns
We currently ship only within the European Union for direct to consumer orders.
- Upon confirmation of your order, the shipping time will be between 3 – 7 working days depending on the shipping address location within Europe.
- Shipping delays on account of any shortcomings not attributed to ÅNIZA such as strikes, natural disasters and transport blockages will be informed to the consumer/client immediately.
- Delivery costs will be automatically calculated based on weight and region in the checkout process.
- If you have given ÅNIZA the wrong delivery address, then you will be have to pay the extra delivery costs yourself.
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the shipped date to return the purchased order to us for a refund. The returned item must be in the condition it was received in and with its original packaging.
- Please send us an email at email@example.com before you return your purchase, we will give you a return reference and shipping address.
- We are not responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Please make sure to carefully secure the return purchase parcel, the package is your responsibility until the parcel has reached us.
- When the returned purchased order has reached us, it will be inspected and processed within the following 3-4 days.
- Once cleared the refund will be credited back via the original method of payment, within 5-10 working days. Please be aware that original delivery charges are non-refundable.
- Sale items or special made orders can not be returned.
- We do not offer exchanges.
